What drives us

NTCS is a Dutch boutique telecommunications , energy and electric mobility consulting firm that operates worldwide but with a focus on the Caribbean. We offer consulting, interim management and project management for all disciplines of a telecommunications company. These include Networks (HFC, Copper, FttH), IT, Strategy, Marketing & Sales, HR, Finance and Operations. NTCS oversees convergence between the telecom and energy markets. In the Caribbean region, we are currently working for operators in Aruba, Belize, Bonaire, Curacao, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Suriname. And we have worked for other telcos in the region in the past. We also executed a number of projects for BEL, the energy company in Belize, including the development of a strategy for Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, Smart Grid, AMI/Smart meter strategy and procurement and Roof-Top solar. We can support every element of the energy value chain.

NTCS has an extensive track record of supporting international telecom operators and energy companies with the business challenges they are facing. We do so by matching their requirements with the most appropriate experts. It is our ambition to distinguish ourselves to our customers by three keywords: flexible, hands-on and comprehensive.

FLEXIBLE

We offer expertise in a whole range of assignments: for example an industry-expert for a three day workshop; project managers for three months; or carrying out an executive search for a board level position. Furthermore, since we are a split-off of KPN Royal Dutch Telecom, our strength is to always deliver the right expertise to our customers. Instead of selecting from available staff, we will match your request with the most appropriate expert(s).

 

HANDS-ON

NTCS has a database of hundreds of highly qualified associate consultants, the majority of whom are currently employed, or have been employed by major international telecom operators. All of our consultants are specialists in their respective fields of telecommunication. They have hands-on and people-oriented skills and are capable of working in diverse environments and cultures.

 

COMPREHENSIVE

We are multi-faceted in several ways. We work with operators active in the mobile, fixed and internet business. We support operators with all kind of (strategic) infrastructure challenges (e.g. LTE, FTTx and HFC), but also with setting-up and exploiting services like Roaming, Cloud PBX Solutions, SDN Portfolio, BI Roadmap, Command Center, Pricing strategy, IT target architecture, IPTV/OTT, Managed WiFi, Customer Care, etc. For these operators we apply our skills and expertise in all disciplines, including: Corporate Strategy, Finance, HR, ICT, Network Operations and Marketing & Sales.
